Basically it all started with a love story, because our first trip to Portugal was our honeymoon in October 2021. Five weeks in our van „Willy“ along the coast with no destination but with plenty of time to linger at beautiful places. We stayed the longest in the surfing village “Baleal” near Peniche. For us, everything was right here: the climate, the people, the nature, the vibe… so we started to dream… what if?
In the years that followed, that what-if-idea consolidated and became little by little more real until we fulfilled one of our dreams by purchasing a house in Portugal.
We (thats Kevin, Elena and our son Noam) follow a hands-on mentality and try to shape our lifes in a way that make us happy. Starting new projects and implementing most of them completely ourselves.
Obviously, to throw money at problems and outsourcing tasks can make things easier but we love the challenge and like to achieve things in the typical learning-by-doing-way: Convert our van into a camper, renovating houses, building websites, setting up a business… Of course we can’t do everything alone, so we are happy to have help from friends, family, YouTube, ChatGPT ;). But thats exactly why we always create a unique result. Often not perfect down to the smallest detail but always with a lot of love, passion and commitment.
